Strawberry Machine is the name for the collaboration between Akira Okabe and several producers, such as Yokemura of the 8-bit pop unit YMCK. Her music is based along the lines of Picopop and Shibuya-kei, and makes use of catchy synthesizer basslines and cheerful electronic melodies, along with Akira's super-cute whispery vocals.
