quaff

Quaff was an Indie Label rock band. They formed in 2007 under RockandRoll Records.

They performed at the Hyatt Regency Crystal City in Arlington, Virginia on November 20-22, 2009. They were at the Anime USA Convention. Quaff is a band like none other. They bring elements of traditional Japanese music and culture into their heavy hitting music and live performances. Based around the Japanese concept of "uta" (melody) and "tsuzuri" (rap).Quaff rocks out with dual vocalists emphasizing their Japanese roots. Everything from the vocal melodies, to the rapping, to the drum beats, to the music screams of Japanese which takes their rock sound to a completely unique level. Even in a country saturated with musicians, Quaff is the only one to create a fusion of synergy between the traditional Japanese aura and modern music.

After bringing their incredibly successful US tour in 2008 and 2009 to a close, they heeded to their fans demands and are coming back with their unsheathed Katanas in hand!
