Honestly, it doesn't sound like Perfume to me. Perhaps they had to adjust with the theme considering this is a Doraemon OST but still...
Well...the PV is funny but the song isn't my cup of coffee. But it's for Doraemon so I think that it is suposed to sound cute/childish like this?
The animation styles reminds me of old anime like Astro boy that kind of style. But as for the song, I'm honestly not a big fan of this one like I am with their other songs.
