Lyric added by: Ryusenkai
Our vaguely defined shadows out of synch with one another,
are stretching out as they waver in the northernly wind.
Though they haven’t filled out prettily, my feelings for you
balloon up and a face comes out from a tear in my heart.
Let that whistle echo as far off as my prayer to eternity
Don’t you see, I felt that something so sure
could reach you more than words.
So take my hand so our time together won’t be interrupted.
That scent, that body, all of it brings me back to life.
Picking out dreams on the way home between the rice fields
I come to a stop… and then no matter what the scene we find ourselves
if we’re together I hope we can laugh about it.
With a sleight of hand you stuff seeds in the bag I casually carry,
though I’m usually stiff, that makes me laugh.
Though phsyical things lose their shape gradually,
the warmth you gave me will never disappear.
Sitting on the bench I always passed by,
when I took a look around,
I saw a dearness over flowing
in even the stagnant scenery of the city
Ah if a rainbow appears in the far off sky
where the rain has let up, even though our worries and distractions
can be blown away so easilly, a dry wind blows in and around everything
with a whistle like its surrounding the whole world.
The thing you looked for with such fervor in your youth,
see now it’s right before you, just stretch out your hands,
don’t be afraid, just take a step out there.
And then no matter the scene we laugh about it
like that gently echoing whistle.
