Chrome Shelled is a special visual-kei unit formed by artists from various bands for the anime Chrome Shelled Regios. The band name is also based on the anime's name. Chrome Shelled debuted in February 2009 with the single Yasashii Uso which was used as the first ending theme for Chrome Shelled Regios.
