BREATHE is a new group under avex, formed by producer Kiyoshi Matsuo (松尾潔) and two vocalists that were chosen from "EXILE Presents Vocal Battle Audition2 ~Yume wo Motta Wakamono Tachi e~", Satoshi Miyata (宮田慧) and Kazuya Tada (多田和也).
