I'm going to send you the video and the subtitle file (its in the format of an .ass file...lol the name is funny), and i'm going to send you a couple of links as well that are used to add hardsubs, its just i don't think my laptop (macbook) will let me download the applications because they are only for pc! whats your email address?

yea i have no idea either; standard of quality seems to be lowering with everything i.e. with like laptops, cars, tv/movies..so maybe they figure if ppl are programmed to accept low quality they're less likely to complain if they put out poorly written books lol and lie and say theyre really great with the reviews on the back xD and putting it on the new york times bestsellers list. thats really sad though; they do just put anything on the list like you said. we'll cry together T^T

Back when I listened to more Jrock, my favorites were B'z, X Japan, L'Arc-en-Ciel, Glay, Alice Nine, DuelJewel, Ketchup Mania, An Cafe, and PaRADEiS.

I can't say I noticed that on the Deicida, I'll check it out again now that you mention it! one thing I noticed on the self titled album was that the vocal pattern on all the verses sounded the same, like Wataru would shout in the same rhythm for every song loll, oh well.. it is improving overall so I'll take it as a win for them XD
btw you are very right about that, blackdoll decided he was done with Signal and Mejibray extremely suddenly (both bands that he defended to no end before) loll, and he really does have problems accepting anything that isn't growls and drop-d tuning

Haha well I didn't mean the track length was related to them copying sounds, I meant the short songs may be related to the difference in composure, (the structure of the songs being different). DIVISION was beautiful though, so much to love on it...
I wouldn't call it "talking" to him, seeing as we just all share the same comment box, and there are far worse people on there than blackdoll, he speaks his mind and talks a lot of shit about a lot of bands people like (even some I like), but we have agreed on enough in the past for me to look past it (he recommended that new band to me)
there is some jackass on that shoutbox who calls himself "poser crap" who complained about "crossdressing bands" being uploaded and no Coldrain's new album, all he would talk about is coldrain... (Blackdoll was actually the one who told him that there are loads of visual bands who shit on coldrain every day of the week) XD
Haha well to each their own, we are on a similar page at least :] that's a good point about the loss of composure, you'll also notice how SHORT their track lengths are since revival, could also be related.. and was it 2003? I had in my head that they started in 2001 (could have sworn they were pre-gazette but I guess they are a year after) I need to pull my head out my ass XD. Watarus screams are growing on my a little now lool
btw if this is your thing, check out the first release by new band Loungenel (self titled single) it was just posted on VisualScandal, its still very green but they have great riffs and growls with somewhat lackluster clean vocals.)
Haha the resemblance on the self titled album was impossible not to notice, but when I listen to songs like "Ferocious" all the way through I hear sounds that are so good in their own right that it makes me sad that they will go largely overlooked because of how much it sounds like DeG (as a devoted diru fan) Someone once mentioned that its easier to appreciate if you look at it as a "tribute" or "homage" to their style instead of negatively as a "rip-off"
if it was any other band, a newer one perhaps, I would have hated on them for it. but in my mind, 12012 being the veterans that they are (they are almost as old as DeG as a band) I always had faith that they had a plan to grow and wouldn't let themselves just become mini-diru. XD
especially when you hear songs on their previous pre-hiatus album "Seven" the song Gossamer teeters on the edge of that heaviness already
Their sound now is so complete, I give them so much credit for diving into this new metal style headfirst, and despite being criticized for sounding so much like Diru they have made it their own and now NO ONE should mistake them for that. I always loved 12012 and now we get to fall in love with them all over again ! and this release is so good

you whats even worse than the price of the albums?? The shipping!! or shipping for products in general. For my friends bday i was ordering her some stuff off a cd japan. so i was gonna get shadow play by alice nine ($12) and this otome game calendar that was only $8. So $20, and i was expecting to pay around $10-$14 for shipping......the price came up to $43!!! i was like, it a calendar and an album, how much do they really weigh? like 500 grams? yeah i'm trying to buy more albums, etc now. i rather buy albums of indie bands, than the bigger bands, just because i feel like it will help them make it into the scene, and big bands are already doing good.
hahaha lol. I can't imagine trying to hide all the purchases from my family...considering i use my moms credit card

well, i barely finished my winter quarter and i just started the spring quarter today. i'm waiting for the anime con to start so i can go watch a jpop band to perform.
it's been difficult, but i'm doing my best to make it work. anything new with you?

yeah i usually think being a visual kei band is no biggie, but then i start to see all these really small bands that no one knows about, even though they are really good! it really starts with a good label, and a good pv. if they've got that to start (on top of unique good sounding music) and band can make it! but its not even the most popular thing in japan. thats why albums are so damn expensive! like $20 for one song? and for jpop albums its the price of a visual kei single! but i understand because they have to make their money somehow.
most guys in my area are douchebags. so we are on the same boat
