Yeah, it doesn't happen often but it does happen. It's an indirect free kick, happens when there is pass back or something like that. On a physical level the women aren't as good, but on a technical level they were great. They're ball control, passing, shooting were great. It's all over now, kinda sad but it was great while it lasted. Next, the paralympics 
Yeah, those two did us proud. That was a remarkable day, three golds in a space of an hour. Farrah did it again last night as well :3. And yeah, we have really great cyclists for some reason xD.
That USA vs Canada match was incredible. The best game of the tournament. Gutted that Canada couldn't hang on, it was such a dramatic finale, but yeah, they did well to snatch the victory away from France xD. The women football matches were much more entertaining than the mens in my opinion, they played really well.
Haha, yeah the crowd was incredible. I don't know about that but I'm glad you think so xD. Weird that it's all over now...
Gosh, been quite a day for GB. 5 gold medals in just one day 
. Proud of Jessica Ennis and Mo Farrah, there was so much expectations and we put so much pressure on them, but they delivered. Third in the medals charts now, which isn't bad. Dominating the cycling and rowing helped out a lot 
It's been poor in football though. The women lost to Canada (which you must be pretty happy about ) and just now GB mens lost to South Korea. That said, kind of glad South Korea won... they've been totally underestimated by the British public
Sorry for the late reply. I just looked at the team sheet now and there doesn't seem to be too many world class teams playing. Surprised Italy didn't qualify, at least you have Japan and South Korea to cheer on
Gosh, it's only a few days away now. GB usually do well in the rowing and cycling, we also have some good swimmers and divers. Well, even if their time in the limelight is small, their experience is something amazing that they will treasure for life.
I believe it's under 23, but each team is allowed three over aged players. A big deal was made over here when David Beckham was left out when everybody expected him to be selected 
Great Britain does pretty well in the rowing events too. The newspapers started saying that we were only good in the events in which we sit down, which is kinda true xD. Yeah, it's weird to think that a lot of the athletes would just go back to a normal job after the Olympics, kinda sad in a way.

Yeah, even if the likes of Iniesta and Xavi were to retire they seem to be ready to replace them. England have a few good young players, but nothing high calibre. I suppose Italy has Balotelli who is quite the player and character . What's the Italy team like for the Olympics?
Great Britain did pretty well at the Beijing Olympics so people are hoping they'll do even better this year. Don't know much about our athletes to be perfectly honest, but I'm sure they'll do fine, maybe not quite as good as the last time though. Ah I see, that's cool . Who is carrying your flag?
To be honest, I think it's possible that they could retire from international duties before the next World Cup, but who knows. Guess we'll just have to wait and see . Wonder if the Spain team is as strong as it is now in two years time, would be crazy if they win again... but it's possible.
Yeah, only two and a bit weeks now. There's been so much hype that people seem a bit deflated now. Bet when it finally arrives people will find it underwhelming, it'll be like what happened with Prometheus . Ah yes, I remember you used to be a keen ping pong player. Wow, it's quite amazing that you know them. I don't even know any names of any ping pong players, not even the British ones xD. I wish them luck nevertheless
I'm not sure, they've done well despite their age but they'll start losing a bit of pace. It will depend on how Italy will decided to play, I won't be too surprised if they are selected, but then again I won't be too surprised if they're not. A lot of the English players are starting to age too, Gerrard shouldn't have too many years left in him.
Yeah, there's been so much hype about the Olympics these last couple of years it's weird that it's finally arriving :/
Haha, yeah I'm sure Italy will be stronger in two years time. Hopefully England will be too . Now that that's finished, onto watching Wimbledon xD
Spain were spectacular, probably the best national team there ever was. To win the last three major tourneys is an incredible record. Really glad to see Torres get the golden boot as well. Italy should be proud despite of the last game, they exceeded many people's expectations by coming this far and played good football too.
Gosh, that was an amazing performance by Italy yesterday. I have to admit, I thought Germany would have won, but Italy played incredibly well. Good luck against Spain though... it's going to be a really tough game
Well... I think it's fair to say that was a deserved result xD. Bit of a shame but I knew England didn't really have much of a chance, good luck against Germany

Yeah, it was a great goal, wonderful touch! Ireland isn't the greatest side so Italy shouldn't have too much trouble against them. Haha, well I say I'm trying to be productive but I'm still pretty lazy. I've been working on a screenplay though and I'm hoping to make a short film which is exciting
Gosh, the England game was pretty nerve wracking... managed to get the result in the end though thankfully. Italy were a bit unlucky to not win against Croatia, but I think they should still get through. Yeah, I'd like to think I use my spare time productively though . Yeah, I understand it can be worrying not knowing what your path is, but I think it's good to try and be positive
Yeah I remember, you used to be a fan of Cannavaro, right? Yeah, my course is good, get quite a bit of free time too which is nice . Yeah I know that feeling, not sure what I'll be able to do after finishing this course but I'll worry about that when the time comes. I'm sure you'll find out what you want to do when the time comes too

Haha, well I don't care so much about the Stanley Cup, but it's the Euro so I've been watching them. Yeah, I'll always be into art, I'm doing a course in illustration so I have to be. Although, I have had an increased interest in film, and film watching has taken up a considerable amount of my time
