The director said, "This is what I am looking for to be my manager. I want to recruit a person who can appreciate the help of others, a person who knows the sufferings of
others to get things done, and a person who would not put money as his only goal in life. You are hired.
Later on, this young person worked very hard, and received the respect of his subordinates. Every employee worked diligently and as a team. The company's performance improved tremendously.
A child, who has been protected and habitually given whatever he wanted, would develop "entitlement mentality" and would always put himself first. He would be ignorant of his parent's efforts. When he starts work, he assumes that every person must listen to him, and when he becomes a manager, he would never know the sufferings of his employees and would always blame others. For this kind of people, who may be good academically, may be successful for a while, but eventually would not feel sense of achievement. He will grumble and be full of hatred and fight for more. If we are this kind of protective parents, are we really showing love or are we destroying the kid instead?
You can let your kid live in a big house, eat a good meal, learn piano, watch a big screen TV. But when you are cutting grass, please let them experience it. After a meal, let them wash their plates and bowls together with their brothers and sisters. It is not because you do not have money to hire a maid, but it is because you want to love them in a right way. You want them to understand, no matter how rich their parents are, one day their hair will grow gray, same as the mother of that young person. The most important thing is your kid learns how to appreciate the effort and experience the difficulty and learns the ability to work with others to get things done. The End.

Read more (578 words more)Good day to everyone. I bet everyone is enjoying their day. I have joined JPA for almost 1 month already and so far it is fun. I kind of read others journal and comments as well. While I am scrolling others journal, I kind of notice of the word gossip. So today's journal is about rumours and gossips.
I guess everyone is familiar about this invective word. Have any of you been a subject of a gossip or rumour? Well, as for me... I experience it numerous before since I am very familiar of being in the spotlight. I have some friends who are always in front of the camera so naturally when we bond we are sometimes caught in the cameras of paparazzi. But for me to be rumoured once was FUN... One of my long time friends is a famous actress. We sometimes meet outside if we are both free to talk anything... work... likes... love... and many more. It is nice especially for her to express her thoughts and her struggles to someone. She was kind of relieved of stress and pressure when she always brings them out and it is my role to listen to her. I always make sure that the atmosphere is free from stress. But I must admit that being a comedian is really tough. One day, we met and she's kind of depressed. It was one of those days when talking and listening doesn't work. So I offered her for a walk and to take some fresh air. While walking I put my arms behind her back and put my left hand into her left shoulder to give the feeling of making her feel that I want her to share the burden. The atmosphere was kind of okay already when people started noticing her despite her disguise. Cell phones started to come out and every one tried to take a picture of us. Of course I would never allow it so we run and ride an available taxi. The following day she became a subject of gossips from various tabloids. Looking at the tabloids, I saw it was us, and the gossip states: “X and her non-showbiz boyfriend”. What? I know she has a non-showbiz boyfriend... and that isn’t me. After a few hours, she called me, telling me that everything’s okay... and that she’s sorry for all the commotion. But I simply reply: “hey don’t worry. Being on the spotlight is fun... Just have fun in your work”. Fun huh? So I made fun of the paparazzi who’s trying to get information from me... And after 1 week, the story was not anymore sellable and the paparazzi stopped following me.
After the incident we decided to meet just once in a while as advised by her manager. So until now we find some time to at least meet once in a while with some friends that is. At that time I began to realize how a single gossip will affect someone else's image, relationship, careers and life as well.
Yesterday, I am kind of searching for some updates of Ms. Yui Aragaki... Then I noticed something similar about her experiences and my friend that is. Both are being bombarded with numerous gossips and baseless rumours. My friend was rumoured for depression but that was only a rumour. She’s never even once depressed because we were always there to listen and give her some advice. So rumours would stay as gossips until proven. As for Ms. Yui... I like her shows... I like her voice as well... so I hope that despite the pressure and various stresses she will stay smiling as always... because that's what made me watch her music videos and JDramas. It is also better for her to talk to someone... talk about anything... anything to at least relieve her of her stress.
But why do people loves to profit from creating ridiculous rumours at the expense of others?

My topics were all about child rights... child development... child participation... and many more... My audience were children, youth, parents, and adults... The kids really like games and children stories that I have prepared... I have to incorporate my lectures to some sort of games and stories in order for me to get their attention. What entertains me the most...

Today’s journal is about social networking sites… It’s been a while since I joined this website. Actually, I am not a fan of joining social websites such as this… nor Facebook and Twitter… But I have to sign up since it was a requirement in order for me to be able put some thoughts in some of my Japanese idols fan page… Basically, many opportunistic bastards are putting false information about themselves and many innocent people are being misled by trust these days… People are putting out information about their names, location, age, gender, and many other types of information that they may not want to let others know. Most people would say be careful, but no one can be certain at any given time. As long as people can know who you exactly are, then some can find ways to do you in. Others might hack or just use ones account whenever they are given the opportunity to do so… making false statements and misleading others of thinking that it is you who wrote it. Fun? Yes… we should not forget that the key to social networking is that it is supposed to be fun, whether you are just doing it for kicks or clicking around for business purposes. Chatting with friends and playing online games are good ways to enjoy these social websites. But please be careful… It is always advisable for us not to put specific information about us. This is to protect ourselves from many opportunistic bastards…

She kind of reminds me of some of my friends. Although, Ms. Kanzaki is the extreme type of being naive. It would be nice if all the people have the same attitude as hers though. Then we have Mr. Fukunaga who is brilliant but greedy... It reminds us of all the people around us. Even the nicest kind would be greedy if given the opportunity. I kind of like his attitude but I dislike how he laughs at others' weaknesses. I hate people who bully the weak especially if they are innocent as Ms. Kanzaki is. Liar Game is a very nice series to watch. Lots of drama, psychological battles, and it show the different sides of everyone around us. I could say that this social networking site is the same with the Liar Game. Social networking sites are full of lies. People put fake information about them. And that doesn't exclude me. I put Luffy as my avatar. Although most of the details in the about me portion is all about me. And my name is actually Franz. Ohayou gozaimasu... Just finished watching "Smile"... uhmmm... the tv series was very interesting... is that true? that foreigners are discriminated in Japan... Anyways... Yui's (Aragaki) cute when smiling and the story is very good... 5/5... so is say... Other characters also played their roles very nice. I plan to visit Japan next time if I could find the time. I hope to find various smiles in there as well... Anyways have a nice day everybody...
