Tatsuro from Mucc is my fav! Also Miyavi is amazing! And the guy from SID, not sure about his name =7 But he's great too! Got alot of favs. lol

Ive always been fond of Takeru from SuG c:
Ive found as he and his music is maturing, his voice just keeps getting better
Asagi from D deep and sexy. He sounds awesome in his lives
Ryutaro from Plastic Tree. His voice is smooth and powerful at the same time.
Gackt. Awesome voice is awesome.
I like too many voices actually, for too many different reasons.
But overall, I'd say Klaha's and Yuuki's (UnsraW) are the most "complete" in my point of view, to what I like to hear. Mitsu (Dolly) has an AMAZING vibrato though, and Meguru (Panic Channel) has one of the most unique voices of the j-rock scene, even though he gets a bit nasal sometimes. Miyavi has a fantastic vocal too, even though I still liked him better doing a more heavy sound.
But I also love vocals that people 99% of the time claim to be "annoying" or "weird", like Kousei (GHOST), Sharaku (Metronome), Tamamizu (CASCADE) and Taa (LuLu).
So, yeah, I think there's no absolute truth in this matter.

I love lots; Hazuki (lynch.), Ruki (Gaze), Satoshi (Giru), Tats (MUCC) but I think when it comes down to range, pitch, control etc it would have to be Sakurai Atsushi from Buck-Tick. There is no beating him.
Gackt had the best voice, but Ruki has a great voice too.
