I'm pretty new to J-Pop so there's not much I can think of. So far I'd say Nami Tamaki - Reason and Heroine. Expect even more when my album arrives through the post in about 5-10 days. Also whoever did the theme song to Neon Genesis Evangelion. I know the songs called Cruel Angel Thesis, no idea who it's by though.
ya i like the evangelion song as well. i also have many other songs i like, but itll take a bit to remember the names....(^^)

2. Ayaka - I Believe, Mikadzuki (she has a great voice)
3. EXILE - any song of theirs.
4. YUI - practically all her songs. Especially CHE.R.RY and I Remember You
5. Ketsumeishi - ALL of their songs
6. Fiction Junction YUUKA
7. NewS - boyband they may be... but great songs they have.
and many many more... 
Any BoA, Crystal Kay, M-flo, Teriyaki Boyz, and Namie Amuro.
My favorites are any songs by BoA and Exile actually. Any songs from them I'll enjoy listening to 'em.
Are sooo many I more so feel if the song is great it does'nt matter so much who the artist is, but to give you an idea this would be my top 10 artists in order:

hi whitetiger, you know V6 too?? It's lovely boys . I don't know a lot of their songs. I just see in Music Station Honey Beat. I want know more about this bands. When I search, they always write in Japanese :cry:
