I see there are several members here playing video games, even girls :wink:
anywayz, what games do you play? and which gaming systems do you have? Does anyone already know if you would buy the Wii or PS3? PS3 was launched yesterday and the Wii will be launched 8 december (for Europe).
Well, I used to have a PS2 but I now only have a GC and a DS. I don't play very much games but once a week I play mario kart, wario ware, mario party and mario smash football with my friends. Hehe these are really the best party games ever 
Actually mario party sucks but the bonus game ice hockey just rocks!
My all time favorite game is Final Fantasy X!!

Hey this forum is messed up. I typed up a longer message than what it says on my previous post. I wasted 10 minutes of my time just to see that this only posted the first part of my post. -_-
Argh.
But let me just answer your question. =] No, I don't have the pink DS. I had the DS Lite about a month after it was released, so, at that time, I wasn't aware that a PINK DS (My favorite color) was made. Haha. If only I knew that a Pink DS existed, I would've waited until it came out. =/ Oh well...
I want the Wii and the PS3. ^_^
So do you have MarioKart on Gamecube, or on the DS?

I have mario kart both on the DS and GC. Is it possible to race against you via nintendo wifi on the DS? Btw I'm complete n00b in mario kart

I would've got the Pink DS, but I already had the white one, not knowing that as Pink one was gonna come out. ^_^
One thing that I KNOW I'll be getting is the Wii; maybe the PS3, but I heard it can be glitchy(?). :mrgreen: I heard that Japan sold about 865,000 units of PS3's all in the course of 2 days. It's crazy! :noo: Most definitely, people who haven't pre-ordered the Wii (Like me. Hehe) won't be getting it until after a couple of weeks after it's released. =D But no worries. I'm going to wait a couple of months and see what people have to say about it. If what I heard is good, I'll purchase it. ^_^ *sighs* Japan is coming up with such a lot of awesome things... Hehe
Ooo! Yeah, you can play against friends on MKDS with the DS. In order to do it though, each person has to exchange *Friend Codes* (A code you receive after you confirm all your Internet Information into your DS system), and add them into your Roster/List. On MKDS, you just go into the Wi-Fi Settings part of the game, and choose "Friends". If your friend is on the same time you're searching for something to play, then you two will be able to race each other. It's simple, really. ^.^ I have MarioKart for the DS too! :yeah:
They have everything Pink nowadays, PSP, DS Lite, LG Chocolate, Motorola RZR, PS two, and yes even a darth vader
Yeah the Wii is just awesome! And the PS3 is total crazyness, people sold the PS3 on E-bay for over $2,000 dollars :shock:

Lets see here, have some OLD systems still, Dreamcast and PS (1).. also have the PS2 and Xbox. So far for newer ones I have the Xbox 360 and the DS. The brain-building games got me started on it, but I've found some other ones I enjoy as well. I'm strongly considering the PS3, but going to wait a few months until the 'new system craze' dies down as it just came out last week.
As for games: Sigma Star, Sudoku, Advance Wars: Dual Strike, NFS Carbon, Gears of War, Burnout: Revenge, Splinter Cell (latest one), Rumble Roses XX (just for fun here and there), Elder Scrolls: Oblivion (finishing off some last stuff when taking a break from other things) Dynasty Warriors and others.
What can I say? I like to keep busy one way or another.

I totally agree with you, jonarosen! I think it's better to wait a couple of months to see what the what reviews have to say about it. If what I read is good, I'll consider it. =] Same thing goes with the Wii.

How do you think about Gears of Wars? My roommate has a 360 but not Gears of Wars :X: I already told him to buy Gears of wars (so I can play with it

Gears of War: Personally, I love the game. The story could be a touch longer, but still, 5 acts with around 7 or more chapters per.. is still pretty good. I love the 'gritty' feel of it and the 'cover engagement' system is one of the best I've seen, even with the few small mishaps here and there. Just need to give them a way to 'jump' perhaps, but I could easily see a GoW 2 coming out and I look forward to it
Btw, for Nintendo DS.. how do you figure out the 'friend code'? and all of that, of is that mainly a DS Lite thing? I've done very little with the wireless aspects of it
Also, I've been doing a lot with NFS carbon, beaten the main story, started some stuff online for the challenges, and finished most of the in-game achievements.

I saw some screens on TV of Gears of Wars, wow that game looks so awesome! I hope my roommate gets off his WoW addiction hehe I think there will be a GoW 2 definitely, as most well selling games are.
What do you think about the graphics of the 360? Are you able to play on a HD television?
Yeah I got some trouble too when looking up my friends code on the DS. Let me look it up for you how I've done it. When starting Mario kart go to Nintendo WFC -> Friend Code -> Confirm Friend Code and those 12 numbers is your friend code. It's a bit strange to name it "Confirm Friend Code" especially for Nintendo. I don't know if it's a DS-Lite thing but I don't think so.
I played NFS Carbon on the PC but I like games like Company of Heroes more. Do you play any PC games?
There was also a period I played Counter Strike Source a lot. I was addicted to this game with a friend of mine, so every minute we got time we played CS:Source We played so much that he began to dream about CS lol
Now we don't play it anymore because it just bad when you dream about CS hehe
To be honest, I rarely play games on the PC anymore. A few exceptions are say, Civ4 and the like. I've got ADHD pretty solid, and so I'm always multitasking. At home, I usually have the TV or 360 on and going, and using my computer for text gaming (Mush, mux, mud, etc) and usual IM's chatgroups, email... Many games just don't 'minimize' well to do other things on the computer at the same time.
What's an ADHD? :roll:
Good news for me, my roommate came home from his work and I asked him for GoW, and he told me he bought it! First I thought he was just kidding you now, that's just something for him 
unlucky for me he lent his 360 to some friend this weekend :X: now I have to wait next Sunday. Is there something like a cooperation mode? Do you know that?
Yes, there's the usual online multiplayer combat modes.. like they have competitions in for Halo and such. BUT there is a co-op story mode, both for using one 360, or for online. there's 3 achievements for being the 'other' player (playing the 'alt') for the full story. I've gotten the whole thing done that way, working on the hardest level now

First, ADHD - Attention Defeceit (Hyperactive) Disorder.. aka ADD but more energy.
And I've been playing Dungeon Siege 2 like a fiend the last week or so.. Very fun.
Also, for DS I've been playing DragonQuest Heroes: Rocket Slime.. finished it, but some small things to finish off after the main story.. fun.

Btw I have finally played GoW and I'm totally addicted to it I always play the co-op mode with friends, much more fun shooting locust together hehe
