Well I would not in this thread because Hawking is Alive.
Anyway after he read the wikipedia page on string theory he would be up to a conversation about. Besides he spent the later half of his life trying to fine a unified theory. He should know one may exist.
I'd dine with Kazuhiko Katō and tell him how awesome the song he composed for DYRL is and how it is the most memorable and most recognizable song in anime history.

He was a great historian who wrote and incredible trilogy on the Civil War. I would just like to talk to him about it.
I'd like to have dinner with John Lennon, his music is so beautiful and put so simply that so many people can relate and feel something from his music. John Lennon had a beautiful mind that I would love to pick! Plus I hear he was a pretty normal guy in real life and I think that's awesome
