  What's the criterion for determinating the prices of the houses in this site?
  I saw that there are houses no residents, or with 1 person, because they're expensive.
  I'll appreciate if I obtain an answer.

  I think it depends on how many views the said video got... Since houses are connected to the videos. The more views = more expensive house.
