This was a very sad drama!
The fact it's based on real life, made my heart so sad every time something bad happened!
I really cried a litre of tears with this ![]()
This is also the drama that got me into Nishikido Ryo ^~
Oh, and I've read about a special, but I haven't watch it... Does anyone know where to find it?
Though I have only watched the first three episodes, I cried a whole lot. D: When the parents came to the realization that she was really going to die made me cry everytime.
I kept imagining my Dad crying if one of my two sisters had that disease. :/
I have high hopes on finishing it!
I have watched just the first episode, because i almost cried already while reading the description.. :RBcrying:[edit]Last edit by cookie on Thursday 25 Dec, 2008 at 02:42 +0%[/edit]
This has to be one of the SADDEST jdramas I have ever watched. I've only seen the first three epidsoes but I have cried by the end of each and every one of them. I pretty much lost it when Aya asks the doctor why the disease chose her. :RBcrying:
...this drama really made me cry...
...it really touched me so much...
...the actors in this drama did a great job in their roles...
I finished this dorama last night. It was a beautiful one. Really sad and it just touched you.
The actors did a great job. Sugoi!
But I was thinking, Mizuno-sensei looked much better before they shaved his beard at the end :shifty:
I loved it :RBheart: :RBheart: :RBhalo: :RBhalo: :RBheart: :RBheart:

AYA IS A VERY STRONG GIRL!!!!!!!
Her struggle to stay alive is so amazing!!! :RBblush: :RBblush: :RBblush:
This was the first Jdorama I ever saw and I wasn't expecting my emotions to be shredded as much as it did. Such an incredibly sad, touching and moving dorama with a fantastic performance by Erika Sawajiri. I was shedding tears during the last couple of episodes. What a cruel twist of fate to bestow on a young girl entering the prime of her life. Very inspirational this dorama.
i think this is the drama that everytime i watch it i will cry... :jcry:
nothing - absolutely no over tv program or movie has made me cry more than this. i practically watched the whole thing in one night. The next day people were saying to me 'have you been crying? whats wrong?' Then i had to explain that i watched this, and cried through the whole thing. Very moving story.
It was a very sad drama... :RBcrying: :RBcrying: :verysad: :verysad: :verysad: :verysad: Aya really have a strong will to live.. I always cry when I heard the soundtrack.. :verysad: :verysad: :verysad: :verysad:

you can watch it on mysoju: http://www.mysoju.com/1-litre-of-tears/
i watched it quite a while back and i think i cried at every ep!
it's a pity Asou is only a fictional character ![]()
I was crying so much in the end and while watching it, so moving. And to think that it is based on a true story it makes me feel even more devastating.
I really liked Nishikido Ryo`s character.
I started watching the special episode yesterday and probably by today, I'm done with it... So far, I'm loving it... I'm sure when I'm done with it, I'm going to cry... I hate separation, I hate it when people have to die and leave their love ones behind... And, why can't guys like "Asou" exist in real life?! Guys like him are hard to find... Only a few would actually show the same degree of concern to their friends...
This drama is inspiring... I'm not done with it yet, but I am very postive about it...[edit]Last edit by samedioui on Thursday 26 Mar, 2009 at 03:35 +2.3%[/edit]
Asou is Ryo's character haha. :3
I love Asou-kun.
I think I even named my old iPod after him rofl.
1 Litre no Namida is still one of my all-time favorite j-dramas. Aya's disease was actually really similar to the one my grandma had. It was so inspirational and no drama ever made me cry so much. I really must have cried one liter of tears. x]
