i'm just curious..
actually i can't count it exactly... i have 5.53 GB folder for j-music including anime songs. so if each song is 5 mb, then i have about 1100+ songs... those are jpop songs i found in 2008-2011 .. 2012 i don't really search jmusic 
how about yours? 
actually 1.17gb of 5.53gb is filled by ayumi hamasaki XD she rules my jpop world >:]
my PC is fulll with AKB48 songs
My Music files are full of NEWS, KAT-TUN, AKB48, SKE48, Songs Etc xD mostly in Johnny's entertainment and Hello project Songs

i dont actually know how much J-songs i have xD
but in total, i have 3707 songs worth 25.13gb
on my older laptop though i have about 4800-4900 songs, but i cant be bothered transferring so much music @-@
haha, adding to that, my phone is only a 16gb phone
i cant fit all my music in it @_@, makes me so stressed and annoyed ;P

Doing a full count... 2336 songs and counting, and 1075 of those are anime songs

Me too!full of Jpop songs and anime original soundtrack!2000 on average!
many of them are anime soundtrack, and my music of favourite bands such as: Versailles, Galneryus, Deluhi, Coldrain, Girugamesh, Ikimono gakari, Monkey Majik, etc. but Anime soundtracks are still dominating.

jpop songs i have between 3000 and 4000 but if you include anime songs that is easily 7000
jpop and jrock are mixed in my folder and a total of 8gb??i'm not sure..maybe more xD
Well, I think I have at least 3GB of just Jpop songs on my laptop, but otherwise I really don't know how many songs I actually have. xD
