I can't seem to choose between books. I've got a few that really got me hooked -
Dreams of my Russian Summers by Andrei Makine (Beautiful story!)
The Devil's Arithmetic by Jane Yolen
Harry Potter series by J.K Rowling.
Those books are amazing. I really recommend them.
Even though I can't choose between those 3, Harry Potter will always be my number one out of the 3 ^_^
My favorite books are Bull s**t night in suck city and Cadillac Man
Their both fairly inspirational 
One of my favorite book is "Ella enchanted" (a kind of Cinderella, but in much better).
I also love the books from David and Leigh Eddings.
I quite like the Twilight saga (even though I know it's a little bit shitty)
And I'm an absolute fan of Terry Pratchett! His books are just sooooo funny!
my favorite are the Dark-hunter series by Sherrilyn Kenyon. if you have not heard of her, then you would not know how famous her and her books are. they are awesome. i was able to meet and talk with her a couple weeks ago. i was awesome!
also like angels and demons by Dan Brown.
"Socrates in Love" by Kyoichi Katayama.
Not my usual type of book, but I absolutely LOVE this book!!! :RBheart:

My favs change often, so right now it is Empress by Shan Sa.
I think no one can beat Tolkien. My fave is this book called "Belgarath" by David Eddings. His Belgariad and Malloreon series are really awesome.
Books by Raymond Feist are quite good too.
I completely agree! I love fantasy, and nothing says it like Tolkein and David Eddings. But Ursula Le Guinn is pretty awesome too. Her 'Earthsea' was amazing. I really liked Edding's 'Polgara the Sorceress'. I loved seeing the story from her point of view.
My favourite book is by far To Kill A Mocking Bird by Harper Lee.
It's a really great book. I found so many levels to connect with it.
'Catcher in the Rye' by J.D Salinger, 'The Astonishing Adventures of Fanboy and Goth Girl' by Barry Lyga and 'The Sound of Waves' by Yukio Mishima
I absolutely LOVE the books of haruki murakami.. My favs are 'Kafka on the Shore' and 'Sputnik Sweetheart'..
But I think most amazing are his short stories.. Can't stop reading them!! Especially 'On Seeing the 100% Perfect Girl One Beautiful April Morning' is one of the best pieces of literature I've read so far.. OMG have to read it right now

I love the Dark-hunter series too, can't wait till Jesse's book comes out. Don't even get me started on Jaden & Jared ^-^ so excited!!! I also love anything written by Lisa Kleypas.... picking a fav it's hard...
I am absolutely in love with P.C. Cast and Kristen Cast. They've written the BEST vampire series i've ever read. Well, next to Ann Rice that is I also like P.C. Casts' other books. I wanna read Empress by Shan Sa sometime soon. Ooh and even though i was forced to read it and i hate Thomas Hardy novels, Tess of the D'Urbervilles was a REALLY good book. And also, Inheritance Cycle is amazing. It was the first fantasy novel i ever read, back in 7th grade :RBblush: I am SO excited for the fourth book to come out! :RBheart: I read a lot so i love books in general!
most of the time i read chinese books. fav book is Life Auction House book 1 and 2 by Zita Law (hongkong author). read most of her books.

One of my favourites is Never let me go by Kazuo Ishiguro - amazing book. I could not tear myself away from the book
I'm an old timer with books, I love to read the classic murder mystery types, and I really love Agatha Christie's, Hercule Pierrot. Aside from most of Pierrot's novels I my favorite book of all time is "And Then There Were None". It has so much insight into the human mind, and the way the novel ends left me with a big "wow no way" xD
