I am voting NAY since there are so many creepy and skanky girls who do it on FB.

but some look out of the world
i think the duck lips look terrible. i saw some girl on TV who used so much botox that she was stuck with duck lips, but she thought she looked great. the duck lips r unattractive.
If it looks like on the pics above then it's a NAY! But some do it nicely so it depends.

Nay. I did it before and realised it didn't look as good as Uruha's lips. ( > _ < )
Some people can't help the pout though, in which I make exceptions.
However if it is intentional and done to make you look attractive in your head then nay. neigh. Horse neigh! NAY!
