  Suddenly in the chatbox, i started to receive flooding warnings without even saying anything, and i was disconnected. Next, i try to log in with an another account, but it says i am IP banned. What is happening?

  Try to see if it works now. The chat is sometimes buggy and gives out these flood warnings when it shouldn't. The ban usually lasts for 2 hours or so, it should work to log in now.
