Yoo Barom: C-Clown’s leader and oldest member was born on September 6th, 1990. His stage name will be Rome.
Siwoo (Kim Taemin): He was born on the 5th of May, 1993
Ray (Kim Hyunil): He was born on the 19th of April, 1994. His stage name will be H1.
Kangjun: He was born on the 21st of April, 1994. His stage name will be JunK.
Lee Minwoo: He was born on the 20th of December, 1995. His stage name will be T.K. Former trainee of CUBE DC Entertainment. He was supposed to debut with BTOB, but his debut was cancelled due to health issues according to Cube.
Jaejun: He was born on the 25th of September, 1997 and is the groups maknae. His stage name will be Mau.

In the summer of 2012, a shooting star has met with new idols!
The shining crown (CROWN) that dreams of six clowns (CLOWN)!! C-CLOWN’s debut album [NOT ALONE]!!
July 19th, 2012, dreaming of tomorrow’s crown, C-CLOWN will release their debut album. ‘C-CLOWN’ stands for ‘Crown Clown’, meaning that the wearer of the ‘crown’ and the ‘clown’ will one day become the same person (T/N: This is implying that right now in their debut the 6 members are clowns, but they hope to one day aspire to be the “kings” of the industry so that they, the clowns, will literally wear the crowns of the music industry.) Thus, right now these 6 clown members will bring the best music and performance possible. In the future, they will be crowned kings of the music industry; they will desire and aspire to be the very best.
Already, to differentiate C-CLOWN from others in the music industry, they are idols from Yedang Entertainment*. A leader in the music industry ever since the 80-90s, Yedang’s know-how and strength come together to create this particular idol group so there is an extreme amount of interest from the music industry.
Consisting of a total of six tracks, all of C-CLOWN’S debut album’s songs will possess acoustic sounds and lyrical/sentimental melody lines for you to hear. The “Hit Composer”, Shinsadong Tiger, has come together with the rising “Next Generation Hit Maker”, ‘Rado’, both have undertaken the executive producing. The meaning behind the title [NOT ALONE]: “There are many people keeping an eye on us right now, but in the future we hope to receive more love from these same people.”
The second track on the album is the title track, ‘SOLO’.
The album’s main producer ‘Rado’ has come together to work with the composers ‘Ji-in’ and ‘Wontaek’ for this particular track. The song is about a man’s plaintive heart as he says farewell. These days the mainstream songs for standard idols possess a hook and electronic sounds, but shedding the mechanical facade, the main focus this time will be on the emotions. After listening to it only three times, listeners will be able to sing along to the main melody without it being overly irritating or difficult. The main characteristics of this song are its refined and popular melody.
In addition, the newbie composer ‘B.PLAN’, debuting alongside C-Clown, wrote the intro track ‘I’m Not Alone’ about the growth of C-CLOWN’s talent, exclusively tailoring the track to finally reveal to the world the presence of C-CLOWN, showcasing their commitment and desire to rise to the top, above the norms. The track ‘In the Car’ is about the evening before a break up between a man and a woman and what they cannot say to each other due to the regrettable circumstances. C-CLOWN’s leader and rapper Rome and T.K both participated in writing the rap for the track ‘Destiny’, elevating the song’s realism. With such high quality music, the seemingly “non”-rookies C-CLOWN show off their charisma and colors with their debut album.
Each of the six members brings together their own individual visual appeal and personalities. C-CLOWN is overflowing with freshness and sophisticated charms. Breaking the traditional mold for idols, they will bring a special image to the public. They are not just ‘another idol group.’ ‘A change in the era of idols’, ‘A rediscovery of the concept of idols’ is what they are expected to bring forth.
