I remember watching My name is Kim Sam Soon way long time ago. Now, there are so many good dramas that I can't just pick one. What are your favorite Korean dramas you would recommend me to watch?
The drama "Your Beautiful" its funny, sad, happy, and cute all at the same time. Its really good.
Their is also Heart Strings it has the same two main actors as your beautiful, and it is a cute story.
I recommend watching Boys over Flowers. It's really reaaally good and popular. Many people have already seen it and would recommend it.
Please try out Sungkyunkwan Scandal. It may be set in the Joseon Era but it has a really good storyline and cast 
There are like 3 hot guys as well lol
City Hunter is also interesting to watch!

Stopped airing recently. Not your typical rom-com, tackles a lot of problems that you don't often see in other dramas. Check out the trailer:)
Kim Sun Ah is in it, so I think you might like it^^
And yeah, Sungkyunkwan Scandal is great. Still on the top list of my favourites. And Iljimae - another history drama, Lee Jun Ki is superb in it.
A Love To Kill- probably my favourite to date. Amazing acting from Rain and Shin Min Ah, lots of drama. I cried buckets.

If you want Korean romantic comedies, I recommend "Secret Garden" and "Lie to Me". 
Warrior baek dong soo and time between dog and wolf!!!!
heaven's postman, Hero, City Hunter and marry satyed out all night are all really good!!!
Prosecutor Princess and My Husband Got A Family ~ it's mainly rom-com. It's pretty cute, and the actors are very fitting, to boot.
Bridal Mask ~ ... the awesomeness cannot be explained in words. Just watch it.

If you like school-life almost musical drama, you should try watching Dream High!
And I recently just watched You're Beautiful. I really like it and soon I'm gonna watch Heartstring!

The only one I really watched and also liked was My Sassy Girl... there is also made a japanese version of this called Ryokiteki na Kanojo. ^___^
I tend to watch more Korean Dramas than any other kind of dramas. I love My Lovely Sam Soon, that drama made me laugh so much! Well, I recommend you to watch:
1) Iljimae
2) You're Beautiful
3) Secret Garden
If you have more time after watching all of the dramas I recommended, you should watch Tree of Heaven next...
I will watch a lot of series from now... lol
Try to watch "Love Rain"
Yoona (SNSD) and Jang Geun Suk are the leading characters there.^^
