Nick Tse is a Hong Kong based actor, singer-songwriter, and musician. He is a member of the Emperor Entertainment Group. He is fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English.

Tse attended St. George's School in Vancouver and Hong Kong International School, before he dropped out in the 10th grade. He lived in Phoenix, AZ for a year, then returned to Vancouver. He is a citizen of both Canada and Hong Kong.

Nick Tse's music career began when he was discovered by Albert Yeung, the head of Emperor Entertainment Group. In 1997, Tse signed a record deal with EEG under the Fitto label. Soon after, he released his first album, "My Attitude." He also won the "Most Popular New Artist" award for 1997.

Tse has also voice- and live-acted in many films, including "Dragon Tiger Gate", "Gen-X-Cops", "Invisible Target", and the Hong Kong dubbed version of "A Bug's Life" (he voiced Flik). He also did a collaboration with Jackie Chan in "New Police Story".

In 2006, Tse officially stated that he and Cecelia Cheung were dating. About 2 months later, he showed off his wedding ring, and said that he and Cheung were married secretly in the Phillipines. In August of 2007, his son Lucas was born.
