Kominato Miwa has been performing in Folk Music festivals since she was three years old. She originally took part in the Sharan Q auditions which produced Morning Musume, but had to drop out when she found out she was pregnant.
Miwa later joined the Hello! Project as a member of Taiyo to Ciscomoon. She became the first married member, and the first member with children. After leaving for a short period, she returned to the newly renamed T&C Bomber.
