    Kaoru Mizuhara is actually a seiyuu (voice actress) working under Media Force. Her voice talent was recognized by scouting agents when she worked as a department store announcer.

    She is well known for her role in Lucky Star as Misao Kusakabe and in Garei-Zero as Yomi Isayama. Along with that, she performed a few anime OST for Lucky Star and Garei-Zero.
