Lee Seung-hwan (born December 13, 1965) is a South Korean pop singer and rocker, songwriter and producer.

Lee Seung-hwan won the New Artist's Gold Disc in 1991.He has held more 1000 solo concerts and those concerts have been contributed to develop Korea pop-culture.
Lee Seung-hwan's personal life has gained much attention from the media as a result of his stardom. His marriage to Chae Rim in 2003 received much publicity. The couple's divorce in 2006 was publicized.
