Jody Chiang , or Jiang Hui (traditional Chinese: 江蕙; pinyin: Jiāng Huì POJ:Kang Hūi) is a Taiwanese popular singer born on 1 September 1964. She is often called The Queen of Taiwanese music. She began recording in the 1980s and maintains an active career today. Her trademark ballads and folk songs are typically sung in Taiwanese. Her role in Taiwan's popular music scene is often compared to that of Teresa Teng.
