Jang Hyun Seung is the Lead Vocalist and Lead Dancer of BEAST. Hyun Seung initially trained under YG Entertainment and was meant to join Big Bang under the stage name SO-1. However, he was eliminated from the team. After his elimination, Jang Hyun Seung continued training under Cube Entertainment and eventually debuted under BEAST. Hyun Seung is also one half of the duo Trouble Maker with Cube labelmate HyunA.
