Hashimoto Ai is a model and actress born January 12th, 1996, in Kyushu's Kumamoto prefecture. She made her debut into the entertainment world after winning the grand prix in Newcome's HUAHUA Audition in 2008.
In 2009, she was one of 5,267 applicants to be selected from women's fashion magazine Seventeen's "Miss Magazine" competition, as well as the youngest grand prix winner out of her fellow competitors Kudo Emi, Takada Arisa and Hirose Alice.
