Gina Choi (Hangul: 최지나), better known by her stage name G.NA, is a Canadian-born South Korean singer under Cube Entertainment, born on September 13, 1987. She released her first mini-album, Draw G's First Breath, on July 14, 2010. She graduated from Fraser Heights Secondary School.

Gina Choi (Hangul: 최지나), better known by her stage name G.NA, is a Canadian-born South Korean singer under Cube Entertainment, born on September 13, 1987. She released her first mini-album, Draw G's First Breath, on July 14, 2010.[1] She graduated from Fraser Heights Secondary School.
Pre-debut
G.NA was originally set to debut as the leader of girl group Five Girls (오소녀) under Good Entertainment, along with Wonder Girls’s Yubin, After School’s UEE, Secret’s Hyosung and former T-ara member and actress Jiwon[2]. However, the group disbanded shortly before their scheduled debut in 2007 due to Good Entertainment's financial troubles and the members left to separate companies. When pictures were released regarding the singer, G.NA was involved in a lot of public scrutiny involving her breast size. She claimed to never have gotten plastic surgery and that she is a natural D-cup.
G.NA was featured in 2PM's "10 Out of 10 Points" debut music video.[3]
G.NA was Hyuna's backup dancer in her solo song "Change".

G.NA released her digital duet song "애인이 생기면 하고 싶은 일 (Things I Want to Do When I Have a Lover)" together with Rain on July 5, 2010,[4] solidifying her break into the industry.[5]
G.NA's debut album 'Draw G's First Breath' was one of the most-anticipated female solo acts, and as such, the line-up for the production was something else. Kim DoHoon, ShinSaDong Tiger, Jung JiChan, Kang JiWon, and other great staff participated in her album, and the tracks they have created have been receiving praise.[5] G.NA's debut music video, "꺼져 줄게 잘 살아 (I'll Back Off So You Can Live)," featured BEAST's Doo Joon as the male actor, as well as Jun Hyung's rapping.[5] Before her on-air debut on the music show, she was congratulated and cheered on by her former Five Girls members Hyosung, Uee and Yubin through pre-recorded footage. She won her first award on M Countdown on 12 August 2010. She then chose to promote "Supa Solo" from her album "Draw G's First Breath". She is also currently the MC on Music Wave, along with Alexander and Kevin of U-Kiss. G.NA took part in the OST of "Playful Kiss", staring Kim HyunJoong (SS501) and Jung SoMin, called "Kiss Me". close
