Elina's bio

Elina is a sensational popera singer presenting classical music and movie themes in stunning operatic style. After studying vocal music, Elina spent ten years working as a popeara singer, perfecting the art of the crossover genre which has gained popularity in the mainstream over the past few years. Her debut album, Sonnet, highlights songs which include Sonnet (Track 3), Andre Gagnon's piano score featuring Korean lyrics; Love Affair (Track 5), the theme song of the 1994 classic film Love Affair with Elina's own English translation of Josep Von Eichendorff's famous poem Mondnacht; and Cheo Yeon (Track 7), an original song written just for the album. Proving that her album extends well beyond the reach of her rival singers, the album, which was recorded in the Czech Republic, packs in the sounds of the 60-plus member young male soprano. close
